COUNCILLLORS THREATEN TO RESIGN OVER POLITICS DURING CORONAVIRUS Councilllors of MMC have threatened to resign over the politics being done in wards during Coronavirus crisis. MMC Councilllor Dhanpal Swamy said that he would resign as the MMC did not support the ward Councillors and the shops in their wards were not replenished with stocks. Swany said that people had begun abusing him to fail to deliver goods to the houses when only the persons having influence were getting sticks. Councillor Rochana Borkar said that there was no stock being made available to shops and this had casued panic amidst the Residents. Councilllor Saifulla Khan said that there was corruption all over and shops instead of selling at lesser price had begun overpricing rates during crisis
