COVID19 Pandemic India & Acquisition of Private Hotels | Right of owners for Compensation

In this video, I try to inform about what are the rights of the private property owners whose properties like hotels, schools, guesthouses, vehicles etc. are acquired by the State Governments for creating hospitals, quarantine, isolation centres etc. during the crisis of Covid19 pandemic. What legal options do they have regarding compensation for loss of the property and livelihood, if any under the Disaster Management Act 2005 or under the Epidemic Disease Act 1897.
