'Effortless Structure' of Wing Chun


There is much talk (rightly so) about structure in Martial Arts. Without sound structure, the movements will have no power and integrity. But what does it mean to move with structure? How would we know what the best structure for each movement is. Well, in this CST method of Wing Chun the best structure is always dependent of the condition of the joints.



If you can open the joints through Mindful Relaxation and retain that condition while moving, structure is there already. Your body is connected and united!
