'Fighter' Boris Johnson stable but remains in ICU with coronavirus, deputy confirms | ABC News The British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, remains in intensive care, being treated for coronavirus.

Dominic Raab, who's standing in for Mr Johnson, says the 55-year-old is in a stable condition and breathing without assistance.

The news comes as Britain recorded 800 deaths in the past 24 hours - it's highest daily increase yet.
