As it’s still dream of millions to get into the defense forces, it’s a small effort from my side to let aspirants realize their dreams of uniform.
Being a recommended candidate , I feel it’s my duty to help others by providing them insights about SSB process.For students recently passed from Class 12th, preparing for NDA , CDS and other defense entries(AFCAT/TECH/NON -TECH), I would like to share my experience with them. As it’s said, entry to our military forces , takes a lot of efforts , commitment and consistency .Apart from that, proper guidance can make the road a lot easier. In these videos , you will find all the relevant details like How to approach PPDT, Story narration, Group Task , OLQs, Group races, Group Planning Exercise , Individual obstacles, SRT , WAT , TAT and other stages of SSB.For Different stages, we need to follow different strategies , for Individual Testing , we need to adopt different methodology and for Groups , we need to follow other methodology .What I have learned from my experience is One needs to be determined enough to get this job in million , also positive outlook can help them take rejections in a progressive way. PPDT, SRT, WAT,TAT are the tests that check your instant response mechanism whereas Tasks that involve group are done by collaborative dedication , helping each other in need and not letting the team down.
Coming to OLQs – Effective intelligence, Reasoning ability , Power of expression, Self confidence , Determination, Organizing ability , Initiative, Courage, Cooperation,
Sense of responsibility, Stamina, Group influencing ability, Liveliness, Social Adaptibility, Speed of Decision making, Honesty , Sense of duty and Preplanning are amongst them.Candidates should inculcate these characteristics right from the day they make up their minds for Forces. It will come with time, by practicing , by taking challenges , exposing yourself with problems and learning out from them . Without problems there is no learning , without hindrance , there is no development .Every problem in itself is a learning curve, Often screened out candidates take rejection at heart , rather one should analys where was the lacking , how can it be improved ?
What changes can undone the problem and how many and where the changes are required ? It's the job of Pride , of Tricolor, for our Great Nation and it's people
