Guided Meditation To Alleviate Anxiety and Panic Meditation is such a useful tool to help us reconnect with our body's physical sensations, with Mother Earth, and to regain a sense of grounding and centeredness. When we're experiencing anxiety and panic we tend to be stuck in our heads, thinking about "what if" situations, or worrying about the future. Meditation helps us to harness energy that is out of control and return us back to our confidence and inner strength.
