it was a short admission (3rd-6th.04.2020) so a lot of you are wondering about my most recent admission, the big question why was is so short- the answer to that is in this video.

I filmed some of my experience on an acute mental health unit, and I wanted to share this to show that even if you do get admitted to hospital it's not as bad as you think it's going to be.

I wasn't sure whether or not I was going to be sharing this because of the amount of hate I do receive when I share my own life but why should I let hate define what I can and what I can't put out there.
