Why Hystrectomy is performed?

There are different indications of hystrecomy. It is performed as part of larger surgical operation like Rectal Carcinoma. Hystrectomy is done when there is large fibroid and also in other benign conditions of Menorrahagia. Ovarian Carcinoma which isn't diagnosed preoperatively Hystrectomy is also performed as part of this surgery.
