I'm sure most of you have come across frozen roti/ prata that you can conveniently purchase from the supermarket/ asian grocer. However, they only come in plain flavour, which is great because you can do so much more with it!
Here's a simple recipe with really simple ingredients, and I guarantee you'll love it that you'll never have it plain again.
Ingredients (for 3 slices)
- 3 pcs frozen roti/ prata
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup spring onion
- 3 slices processed cheese
