Today is a Saa Lhakpa,
So everybody Lhakar Sang…. ( Lhakar means White Wednesday or pure Dedikation )

Most Importantly -
Lhakar is our His Holiness the Dalia Lama`s soul day.
So Beginning as a campaign to take simple and practical actions on Wednesdays.

Secondly lhakar use for Example:: Inspired by nonviolent methods, such as Mahatma Gandhi's,
So we Tibetans wearing own traditional clothes, speaking own Tibetan language.
Lhakar makes use of low-risked, sustainable socio-economic activities to try to initiate change.


And this Beautiful Day: I with my Wife, Lhamo Tsering….
She share with me her Opinion, How she eat her Favriote Breakfast Food Tsampa and Butter Tea in Tibet ( with her Family in Home ) and different between Tsampa eating in Tibet and Switzerland.

And here she Took her new Ingredients with Tsampa and Butter Tea..
