UPY 1001 Port Local, Marketplace Ln. Railroad Crossing, Rancho Cordova CA

Union Pacific Railroad West Sacramento Port Local freight train with there train from West Sac on the UPRR Placerville Branch passing through the Marketplace Lane Railroad Crossing headed back to the Westgate Yard in West Sacramento, California. Good thing I started filming minutes in advance as I predicted that this crossing would activate early since it hasn't been used in months. When the freight track isn't used in months at this crossing it causes it to act funny usually with malfunctions or early activations. This crossing is a SACRT contractor selection mid 2000s install with changes mainly to the median signal.
