$10,000 HAZARD PAY Proposed for 33 Industries! (HEROES Act)

Yesterday House Democrats unveiled the 1,815-page Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions Act, or the "HEROES Act."

One relatively small component of this multi-trillion-dollar bill is the proposed creation of a COVID-19 Heroes Fund awarding premium pay (hazard pay) of up to $10,000 for certain essential workers.

In this video I describe how much this Heroes Fund premium pay would be, when it would be retroactive to, and the 33 industries whose workers would be eligible for it.
