Question:I have fake wood floors with grooves. Will this harm floors ? Will this clean and sanitize?
Answer:A "weak spot" for many laminates that involve click-lock or tongue-and-groove wooden boards is the seams where these boards meet.

Answer:I highly recommend using distilled water. I owned a Shark steam cleaner and it lasted less than a year because i was using hard city water.
