In this video my wife shows you how to cook 3 very easy and delicious Thai dishes. The recipes are:
Thai Omelette with Chicken Mince – Kai Jeow Moo Sap
400ml Cooking oil
100 gm Chicken mince
4 Eggs
1 tbspn Soy sauce
1 tbspn Fish sauce
1 tspn Raw sugar
1) Place chicken in a bowl, add eggs and beat well.
2) Add soy, oyster, sugar and mix.
3) Heat oil till hot then add mix.
4) Fry till golden brown (around 4-5 minutes), then flip and fry other side till done.
Fried Pork with Garlic – Moo Tod Gratiem
500 gms Pork, sliced into 5mm thick pieces
3 tbspn Garlic (smashed)
1 tspn Sugar
2 tbspn Soy sauce
4 tbspn Oyster sauce
1) Mix pork, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce.
2) Leave to sit for 15-20 min.
3) Fry till golden brown (about 8 min).
Thai Fried Rice – Khao Pad
1 ½ cup Cooked rice
1 tbspn Chopped garlic
2 Kale plants
4 Eggs
½ Lime
2 tbspn Soy sauce
1 tspn Sugar
1 tspn White pepper powder
2 tbspn Cooking oil
1) Heat oil
2) Add garlic and fry till fragrant then move to side of pan.
3) Add eggs, and scramble while cooking till look a little dry.
4) Add rice and vegetable.
5) Add soy and sugar and stir fry, mixing well, till vegetables are cooked.
6) Top with pepper and a squeeze of lime juice.
