Is there a cooling-off period for purchasers of rural land?

Is there a cooling-off period for purchasers of rural land? The very easy answer is “no”. The Conveyancing Act only provides mandated cooling-off periods for the sale of residential property. However, if a purchaser required a cooling-off period for rural land or any other type of property purchase such as industrial, commercial or retail property, then this is a negotiation point between the vendor and the purchaser.
