HOW German fans want to transform football

Standing terraces, reasonable ticket prices, and democratically-run clubs mean that Germany enjoys a reputation as a football supporters' paradise. But the competition has become boring, the fans feel increasingly ignored, and clubs are under extreme financial pressures. Now, a nation-wide fan initiative is demanding drastic reforms.
