Rep. Swalwell Accuses Lindsey Graham of Committing a Federal Felony at Barrett Confirmation Hearing

Rep. Swalwell Accuses Lindsey Graham of Committing a Federal Felony at Barrett Confirmation Hearing Lindsey Graham, Chairman of Senate Judiciary Committee, presided at the Supreme Court confirmation hearing for Judge Amy Coney Barrett. Remarkably, at the conclusion of the hearing, Graham gave an interview to reporters in the halls of Congress during which he solicited campaign contributions for his campaign, specifically telling viewers they can go to his website to contribute. Congressman Eric Swalwell, himself a former prosecutor, promptly tweeted out that this conduct violates federal law. Indeed, 18 United States Code section 607, makes it a three-year felony for any member of Congress to solicit a campaign contribution in the halls of Congress. The only remaining question is: "Will Bill Barr allow the FBI and the DOJ to hold Graham accountable for this obvious violation of federal law. Or, will Barr give President Trump's golding body, Lindsey Graham a pass?" I think we all know the answer to that....
