Should you buy ChargePoint stock and where will they be in the future? In this video, I go over a stock update for SBE stock, also know as Chargepoint, and let you know my honest opinion on what I think about SBE and where I think they will go in the future. SBE is a SPAC, or special purpose acquisition company that has the goal of raising money for the merger between Chargepoint and Switchback Energy, which should hopefully happen sometime before the end of the year. When the Chargepoint SBE merger is complete, it will be listed as Chargepoint Holdings INC. on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE, and people will be able to openly trade Chargepoint stock without having to first go through Switchback Energy, or SBE.
Chargepoint does have a very bright future, so make sure you guys stick around for this one to see what could be in store for Chargepoint stock in the future.
