This total body TABATA is no joke my friends! We are getting through 4 different Tabata supersets, 4 rounds of each oww oww!! Each Tabata exercise is meant to be performed with maximum effort so keep that body moving and keep the intensity up during the work period. We will be adding in some dumbbells today for strength and toning and a serious sweat.
