I couldn't find many resources for 1790s petticoats, but I hope this is helpful!

MATERIALS:
2.5m white 56" wide Rayon
.25m linen
40" twill tape

PATTERN MEASUREMENTS
Skirt: 100" x 52"
Waistband: 2" x Underbust measurement + 10" for gathers in back
Straps: 1.5" x 26"
