TEACHERS at Carisbrooke College stood their ground last week as students were given a single opportunity to 'get their own back'. Sponges were soaked in water ready, and at 20p a throw there were plenty of students lined up to take a shot! Money raised will go towards the end of year house reward trip for the winning house. The event was organised by house captains Kayla Mursell and Billy Angus, and Connor Mumford made the stocks for the sponge throwing with Kieran Smith in their wood ops lessons.
Teachers acting as willing victims throughout the week were Mr Peake, Mr Tardivel, Miss Dewey, Mrs Paddon, Mrs Giffen-Hudsen, Mr Turner and Mrs Thompson. Money raised is over £20!
