Looking after your Hauora | Part 1

Looking after your Hauora | Part 1 Brayden, Allenzo and Rory explore the physical and spiritual aspects of our Hauora and give us some good ideas on how to look after your well-being.

Hauora is a Māori view of health unique to New Zealand, and covers the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs that everyone has.

Allenzo chats about our Taha Tinana (Physical Well-being)
His tip is to RECHARGE. One of the best and most relaxing ways to keep looking after your body is so easy. Get a good quality sleep. A good way to think about this is if your phone needs to charge then so do you.
What's something you could do to get a better quality sleep?

Rory chats about our Taha Wairua (Spritual Well-being)
His tip is to FIND YOUR REASON WHY YOU DO STUFF. Being stuck in isolation can feel pretty pointless but if you know WHY you are doing it... it can give your life some purpose. That's going to be really good for your wairua. If you are struggling to find a reason or purpose then talk to someone about it.
